Life is pretty ridiculous.
Time seems to kind of stop when you live inside the hospital. I came out after over 24 hours and felt like I had skipped a day or two in my life and I don't feel it was just due to insufficient sleep.

All our loving dogs go to heaven.
My sister's dog Jasper died this month. He was very old and in pain. I'm generally indifferent toward pets but I liked Jasper a lot. He was relatively calm and didn't lick me too much.
